Where are Puren products made?

All Puren products are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities in the United States.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is independently tested and a Certificate of Analysis is available on our website for every product.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days at hello@purenhealth.com and we will make it right.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Are Puren products safe to take with other supplements?

We always recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are taking medications or have a medical condition. This is not medical advice.

Is the collagen tested by a third party?

Yes. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party lab. You can view it on our COA page.

What does hydrolyzed mean?

Hydrolysis breaks collagen down into smaller peptides that your body can absorb more efficiently than standard collagen powder.

Does it have a taste?

No. Puren collagen is completely unflavored and dissolves instantly without taste, texture, or smell.

How long will one pouch last?

One pouch contains 30 servings at 10g per serving — one month's supply at one scoop per day.

When will my order ship?

We are currently taking pre-orders. Your order will ship within 2 weeks of purchase and you will receive tracking by email.
